The edible flower class was amazing. It offered a distraction from COVID during it’s darkest days. The class gave me something wonderful and beautiful to do. I tried out some of edible flower recipes and got inspired for the future as well. You were so organized and practical and seemed to cover everything from everyday to historical references too.

Chelsea, I can't thank you enough for this class. Your teaching methods and style made every lesson so clear and easy to follow. This is my first introduction to anything like this and it was so much fun! Thank you for the feedback and comments. Looking forward to taking more classes from you in the future.

Chelsea's flower class is the equivalent of a yoga session with the scent of flowers.
