In your virtual cooking class, Chef Rishika will share her tips and tricks on how to build a visually stunning gourmet charcuterie board that features fresh ingredients and a variety of textures and flavors. You'll fill the board with fruit, salami and fresh cheeses including creamy brie. Next, you'll make an indulgent sour cream and carmelized onion dip and a zesty zhough sauce with fresh herbs. You'll be the hit of your next gathering with this flavor-filled board!

She helped me make a better dough and gave me confidence to make this dish. She has a different idea of what the dish should look like compared to me, but it still tasted good and I was introduced to brand new spices I've never used before.
