Nearly every part of the world has its own take on dumplings, but Asian-style dumplings are some of the most popular. Learn how to make them completely from scratch in this interactive online cooking class with Chef Andy.
In this virtual cooking class, you'll be guided every step of the way, from making your own dumpling wrappers to filling them and beautifully folding them. You will have the option to fill your dumplings with either beef or an assortment of vegetables before frying them to perfection.

Great class! I loved all the extra items Chef Andy explains beyond just the dumplings you are making in the class, like how to reduce waste in your kitchen. And it was so helpful having Chef Andy check in on our progress at different steps to make sure our dumplings were a success.

Chef Andy was a pro at teaching an online cooking class! He was able to observe and comment on our skills (or those that need more practice!) and progress all the while moving the class along.
