Online Cooking Class: Make Delicious and Nutritious Mocktails

In this online mixology class, you’ll learn to mix up some refreshing non-alcoholic mocktails that pack in plenty of refreshing flavor and beneficial nutrients. Learn amazing beverage recipes that are as healthy as they are tasty from Chef Angela-Michelle. 


Using fresh ingredients, you’ll whip up a bubbly rose tonic infused with elderberry. You’ll also make an invigorating lemon and hibiscus tea with flavorful fresh mint. Learn to brew chamomile ashwagandha tea with an extra relaxing touch from earthy lavender. Finally, you’ll make a warming and nutritious golden milk tea spiced with turmeric, saffron, cinnamon and pepper.

Chef was enthusiastic, and the food was very good. The class was very rushed though and required most of the cooking to be done beforehand, which we had not been told. This made it hard to follow and not particularly enjoyable.
