Get the party started with a classic piña colada before creating vibrant poke bowl with ahi tuna. Learn to make a refreshing, colorful tropical slaw that you'll want to add to your weekly dinner menu, featuring shredded cabbage, pineapple and carrots. Likewise, you'll love Chef Stacy's pineapple jasmine rice flavored with red pepper and lime that will bring to mind ocean breezes and sunshine skies! To finish on a sweet note, a tropical bananas Foster dessert.

Classic Piña Colada
With pineapple, ice, rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and lime juice

Chef Stacy gave us three wonderful recipes that we will use again. She also was a wonderful teacher for those of us that weren’t very good cooks!! So much fun!
Meet your chef
Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
