In this online cooking class with Chef Stacy, you will learn how to make several hearty dishes perfect for a Father's Day celebration. On the menu is a rich chocolate stout beer floats with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Then learn how to make a flavorful chili packed with vegetables that's delicious on it's own or topping a hot dog.
Last on the menu are the impressive "The Works" hot dogs, which are ballpark franks loaded with your choice of toppings like chili, sauerkraut and more. When the meal is ready, it's time to enjoy!

With beef, pork or plant-based hot dogs and your favorite toppings
Champion Vegetable Chili
With red bell peppers, zucchini, jalapeño, tomato paste, tomatoes, beans and corn
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
