Chef Loreanna will teach you how to make several French-inspired dishes in this interactive online cooking class. She'll share tips for cooking like the French as well as answer questions along the way. To begin, you'll toss together a fresh arugula salad with pears, walnuts and cheese. Then learn how to bread and fry chicken cutlets to crispy perfection and serve them in a buttery lemon-infused Beurre blanc sauce. Wrap up the meal with a decadent chocolate molten cake for dessert.

Great class! So much fun!

This is a great at-home activity! There were a couple things that were mentioned during the class that would have been helpful to know before (i.e. If you can't find this you can sub with this; You can prep your ___ ahead of time). We did not prep anything and were playing a bit of catchup at the beginning of class. Would take another class but may ask more questions before!

Chef Loreanna was great at answering questions but not at showing what she was doing. She also did not make the class very fun. I have taken other cooking classes where they were more interactive.
