In this interactive online cooking class with Chef Loreanna, you'll learn how to prepare two elegant surf and turf dishes as well as a dessert. She will also share professional tips for preparing meat and seafood dishes at home.
First, learn how to make a shrimp cake seasoned with tarragon and zesty lemon. Then you'll learn how to sear filet mignon to perfection as well as how to prepare a buttery béarnaise sauce to top it with. Master the art of the crème brûlée for dessert.

Great class! So much fun!

This is a great at-home activity! There were a couple things that were mentioned during the class that would have been helpful to know before (i.e. If you can't find this you can sub with this; You can prep your ___ ahead of time). We did not prep anything and were playing a bit of catchup at the beginning of class. Would take another class but may ask more questions before!

Chef Loreanna was great at answering questions but not at showing what she was doing. She also did not make the class very fun. I have taken other cooking classes where they were more interactive.
