In this interactive, online cooking class, Chef Stacy will teach you how to start your day with a festive Mexican-style brunch. Begin with a classic brunch beverage, a spicy bloody Maria with tequila, to enjoy while preparing a refreshing tropical fruit and cucumber salad with lime and chili seasoning.
Learn how to make authentic Mexican breakfast tacos with tortillas, hearty black beans, savory scrambled eggs, plus a variety of toppings with Mexican rice on the side. Make this meal your own custom dish by choosing your preferred toppings and level of spice.

Classic Bloody Maria
With tomato-vegetable juice, tequila, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce
Fresh Mex Fruit Salad

Chef Stacy gave us three wonderful recipes that we will use again. She also was a wonderful teacher for those of us that weren’t very good cooks!! So much fun!
Meet your chef
Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
