Join Chef Stacy for a fun, colorful, online cooking class where you'll how to make several delightful dishes that are perfect for breakfast or brunch.
First, you'll kick off class with a bubbly rosé raspberry sorbet mimosa. As you sip, you'll prepare a flavor-packed garden vegetable omelette filled with savory cheese, spinach, mushrooms and bell peppers.
Next, you'll whip together zesty blueberry-orange muffins from scratch. While the muffins bake, you'll slice up a rainbow of fruit for a fruit salad finished with honey and lime.

With rosé Champagne (or sparkling rosé wine) and raspberry sorbet
Garden Vegetable Omelette

Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Chef Stacy gave us three wonderful recipes that we will use again. She also was a wonderful teacher for those of us that weren’t very good cooks!! So much fun!
Meet your chef
Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
