Online Cooking Class: Plant-Based Thai Classics

In this interactive online cooking class, Chef Stacy will guide you step-by-step as you prepare a menu inspired by the flavors and textures of Thai cuisine. Explore unique ingredients, flavor profiles and techniques of classic Thai cooking with a modern twist. 


Begin with a refreshing Thai lime iced tea. For the main course, enjoy a Thai classic, fragrant Panang curry and rice. Finish the meal with handmade banana spring rolls with crunchy toasted coconut flakes.

Thai Lime Iced Tea

With sugar and fresh mint


Panang Curry

With coconut milk, tofu, bell peppers, tamari, Thai basil and rice


Banana Spring Rolls

With tapioca flour, powdered sugar and toasted coconut flakes


Every class is fully interactive.
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.
