Join Chef Rishika for a unique dining experience featuring Indian appetizers and a traditional beverage in this online cooking class. You'll learn how to make two kinds of pakoras, or fried fritters commonly sold as street food snacks. Onion pakoras and paneer pakoras are prepared with chickpea flour and chaat masala. Next is a yogurt mint chutney with cilantro, lime and green chilis. Dessert is a refreshing fruit lassi with fruit purée, Greek yogurt and honey.
