Online Cooking Class: Mochi Ice Cream Delights

In this live, interactive online cooking class, you’ll learn how to handcraft different flavors of mochi ice cream, all in the comfort of your own kitchen. Chef Andy will teach you how to properly craft mochi dough — with glutinous rice flour and sugar serving as the main ingredients — to achieve perfect consistency. After mastering the dough, you’ll create either vanilla or chocolate mochi ice cream. To finish the class, Chef Andy will teach you how to make green tea (matcha) mochi ice cream.
