This unique cooking class is perfect for tapas and sangria lovers. Chef Andy will teach you the secrets to making these Spanish favorites. You’ll begin by crafting authentic, tangy sangrias with red wine, brandy, oranges, lemons and apples. For the tapas, you’ll sauté shrimp in garlic and olive oil, with a side of chewy bread. Next, you’ll make bacon-wrapped dates; Chef Andy will reveal the trick to baking dates in the oven. You can then show off everything you’ve learned to friends and family at your next dinner party!
