I took the class with my son and his friend (both 11 years old) Chef Logan was extremely kind and went out of his way to teach and explain not only what to do but also the how and why behind it. He gave easy to follow instructions and answered questions clearly. Wonderfully informative and delicious experience! The boys really enjoyed it!

Chef Logan gave clear instructions and multiple tips throughout. The class pace was fast, but a lot was packed into the 75 minutes. The meal was delicious!
