Two equally delicious sushi rolls are on the menu in this online cooking class from Chef Stacy D. Learn to combine fresh ingredients using traditional Japanese methods to create professional-level sushi in your own kitchen. Your lesson begins with a batch of steamed sea salt edamame and a refreshing cup of matcha green tea. Then, Chef Stacy will teach you the technique for preparing a dragon uramaki roll with crunchy tempura shrimp with creamy avocado and a hosomaki skinny roll with ahi tuna, aromatic green onion and smoky soy sauce.

After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels.
