Online Cooking Class: Italian Pasta From Scratch
Join Chef Carlos for a culinary journey to Italy in this online cooking class and learn how to make homemade Italian pasta without ever leaving your home. Using only flour, eggs and salt, you'll whip up traditional pasta dough from scratch. Then, Chef Carlos — who will be teaching live from Spain — will guide you in making authentic pappardelle pasta with a made-from-scratch basil pesto and creamy burrata sauce. To end this gourmet class, you'll learn the traditional Venetian techniques to making a perfectly layered rich tiramisu dessert.

He’s a personable multi-lingual chef who loves crafting incredible recipes using a wide range of culinary techniques.
