Online Cooking Class: Legendary Italian Classics for Women's Equality Day

Celebrate Women's Equality Day with cooking classes inspired by legendary cookbook authors Marcella Hazan and Lidia Bastianich. Chef Chris will teach you how to prepare recipes such as Hazan's tomato sauce and Bastianich's wild mushroom ragú with fresh rosemary and Parmesan. These classics are served with fresh homemade Pappardelle pasta. Finally, you'll enjoy a decadent mousse-like chocolate semifreddo with egg yolks, sugar and cream.

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class with Chef Chris. We learned so much about the chemistry of cooling and how easy it really is to make incredibly tasty food from whole ingredients. Looking forward to making meals for our family in the upcoming holiday season- especially some homemade gelato/“ice cream”!
