Before preparing the clams, prawns and mussels for the paella, you'll first mix up a refreshing blackberry-peach sangria to enjoy while you cook. Once you have your sangria to sip on, you'll move on the paella, learning everything from how to prep the seafood to assembling the dish and cooking perfectly fluffy rice. This class invites all levels of cooks and requires no special equipment.
