Explore vegan cooking in a multi-part course that introduces you to some new plant-based favorites!
Three lessons in the delicious world of vegan cuisine are yours for the taking in this online cooking class series with Chef Carlos! Week one of these virtual cooking classes includes quinoa tabbouleh, creamy quinoa risotto and quinoa stir-fry. Week two introduces chickpeas chana masala, beetroot hummus and fried chickpea salad. And week three concludes with a raw kale salad and a pear salad with onion, cauliflower and basil.

Chef Carlos has garnered more than 10 years of culinary experience as head chef, private chef and executive chef — roles that have taken him to Denmark, Turks and Caicos, Venezuela and Spain. He’s a personable multi-lingual chef who loves crafting incredible recipes using a wide range of culinary techniques. In addition to his skill at designing seasonal menus using high-quality ingredients, Chef Carlos is a master at creating a warm, welcoming environment for his guests.
