You'll learn about the various types of chocolate and candy-making techniques as you make crunchy sheets of milk chocolate and white chocolate bark. These decadent confections will be topped and garnished with colorful treats such as cinnamon, candy canes, almonds, pistachios and dried cranberries and fruit praline. She helped me make a better dough and gave me confidence to make this dish. She has a different idea of what the dish should look like compared to me, but it still tasted good and I was introduced to brand new spices I've never used before.
