Online Cooking Class: Classic French Fare

Join this online cooking class with Chef Chris to learn tips and techniques for creating three classic French recipes!


You'll begin with a crisp toasted baguette with tarragon-Dijon smoked salmon accented with lemon and dill. Your main entrée is a savory coq au vin with chicken, red wine, carrots and bacon or pancetta. For dessert, you'll prepare a classic pear clafoutis with fresh eggs, powdered sugar, lemon and heavy cream. For an extra special touch during your virtual cooking class, you'll get to enjoy a classical French art song performed by a professional opera singer!

I loved this class! I’ve been searching for an affordable cooking class in Atlanta for a while and happened to come across this one. It was great! I really appreciated that we got to be involved in the entire process. I do wish there had been a bit more of a demo for the sauce, but I understand how that could be challenging in a restaurant setting. That said, I loved having the class in a restaurant space because it added to the experience. Chris was fantastic—very knowledgeable and helpful. At first, his teaching style felt a little formal, but as the class went on, his personality came through, and it became easier to relax and enjoy. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this class!

I had a great experience at the pasta-making class! The chefs were super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process fun and engaging. They took the time to explain each step, offered helpful tips, and made sure everyone felt comfortable, no matter their skill level. The only thing I would say is that we could have used a little more room to work, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. I learned so much, and the pasta we made was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and interactive cooking experience.
