Excellent class. I had a great time. The souffle was delicious, and they could be reheated, to my surprise! I will be making more souffle as a dessert in the future. Chef Maria was very patient and easy to understand. The pace of the class was also good.
Chef Maria is a talented chef who has been developing her cooking skills since the young age of 15. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and went on to pursue international travel, discovering different global cuisines along the way. After returning to the US, Chef Maria began working as an executive chef at a luxury resort in Las Vegas. After developing her skills there, she transitioned to a contemporary gastropub where she currently works and prepares all dishes by hand.
