During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Tracy, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in your virtual cooking class include baked spaghetti squash dressed up with an Italian herb blend and a showering of Parmesan, a hearty (and heart-healthy) mushroom Bolognese, sautéed Brussels sprouts and a baked stuffed apple dessert with homemade fruit glacé. Chef Tracy was AMAZING. She answered literally 100 of my questions and was able to manage 2 kitchens doing different techniques. She stayed 1 hour late with us. she gave me many suggestions on how to tailor my food, not to mention she actually taught me how to do correct cooking techniques that I’ve done wrong for years. Learned a lot. Would highly suggest!

Chef Tracy is not just a food connoisseur but also a former athlete, which informs her fresh, nourishing and healthy approach to cooking. She is experienced in both pastry work and savory cooking, both inspired by her love for whole-food ingredients. In 2008, Chef Tracy launched a popular healthy dessert business. She also has an extensive teaching history, having led corporate cooking classes and nutrition workshops for a number of major companies. When she's not cooking, Chef Tracy is writing about nutrition or sharing her healthy recipes.
