Join Chef Stacy D. on a stroll through the streets of Greece in this online cooking class!
She puts a vegan spin on classic street food with this live virtual cooking class on Mediterranean cuisine. You'll start with chickpea falafel pita pockets, crispy baked zucchini fries and a dairy-free tahini sauce with salt and garlic powder. Next comes a carrot radish slaw with rice wine vinegar and olive oil. Top it all off with a sparkling spring cocktail mixed with vodka, fresh mint, lemon juice and Prosecco.

Chef Stacy is a graduate of San Diego City College's culinary school and a proponent of fresh, wholesome fare. After finishing her course, she soon launched her own business offering cooking classes to clients around California. Chef Stacy works with a diverse array of clients across all culinary backgrounds and experience levels. She prides herself on her friendly, down-to-earth approach to teaching that makes any student feel comfortable.
