In this live online cooking class, you'll recreate a beloved Japanese summer celebration food brimming with flavor!


There's no need to journey to Japan to enjoy the taste of the Sakura City food festival when you can participate in this virtual cooking class at home with Chefs Vivian and Michi. Celebrate by crafting yakisoba noodles, yasai itame with onions, mushrooms and cabbage, sliced pork belly and an enticing yakisoba sauce made with raw sugar, soy sauce and Worcestershire.

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
