Online Cooking Class: Vegan Thai Favorites
Join Chef Stacy for an interactive online cooking class featuring authentic vegan Thai dishes!
You'll begin with a sweet and refreshing virgin Mai Tai to kick off your meal. Next, you'll assemble vegetable spring rolls filled with sweet chili sauce, avocado, carrots, Thai basil and cucumber. A sweet chili peanut dipping sauce made with peanut butter and soy sauce serves as an accompaniment. You'll then learn how to balance sweet, sour and savory flavors to prepare a vegan and gluten-free pad Thai with tofu, shallots and peanuts.
