A three-week series exploring traditional pizza-making, with a different savory pie in every lesson.
Learn the time-honored craft of pizza making over three weeks in this virtual cooking class with Chef Andy. Each week you'll discover the principles behind creating the perfect pies as you explore a new creation: A Chef's Method pizza with roasted garlic sauce in week one, a pan pizza with marinara sauce in week two and a fresh Margherita pizza in week three.

Week 1: Introduction to Chef's Method Pizza
With roasted garlic sauce, all-purpose flour, crushed tomatoes and mozzarella
Week 2: Pan Pizza With Marinara Sauce
With bread flour, crushed tomatoes, onion, oregano, garlic, basil and mozzarella
Week 3: Margherita Hand Tossed Pizza
With "00" flour/Italian finely milled flour, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella and basil
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.
Ask questions and have the chef check your progress.
