In this virtual cooking class, Chef Li will teach you tips and techniques on how to make homemade dumpling dough in your own kitchen. You'll learn how to make pockets out of this dough and fill with pork and spices before carefully pinching pleats in each dumpling. Enjoy the dumplings with a side of smashed cucumber salad with cilantro, ginger, cinnamon and soy sauce.

She jumped around too much. She focused on too many things at once. It would’ve been nice to finish one thing and move onto. The next was hard to follow her.

It was an amazing class. She went at a good pace and stopped when people needed clarification on anything. The instructions were delivered in a clear and concise manner and she was really engaging to everyone online. I felt like I was right there in her kitchen!

Meet your chef
Chef Li is an experienced chef who has cooked and studied all around the world. She was formerly based in Singapore, where she offered private cooking classes as well as corporate cooking events. Now Chef Li offers cooking classes in the US, although her style is influenced by her international background. Although Chef Li specializes in traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, she welcomes students of all culinary backgrounds and loves the chance to open their minds to new cooking styles.
