Online Cooking Class: Classic Sichuan Flavors

Discover the complex flavors and aromas of southwest China's Sichuan cuisine in this interactive online cooking class! 


Chef Li will guide you through this virtual cooking class as you create authentic recipes such as poached chicken salad with homemade Sichuan chili oil, soy sauce and peanuts. You'll also create Sichuan dry-fried green beans with red chilis, Sichuan peppercorns and ginger as well as Sichuan chili oil with fermented bean paste and Sichuan peppercorns.

She jumped around too much. She focused on too many things at once. It would’ve been nice to finish one thing and move onto. The next was hard to follow her.

Now Chef Li offers cooking classes in the US, although her style is influenced by her international background. Although Chef Li specializes in traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, she welcomes students of all culinary backgrounds and loves the chance to open their minds to new cooking styles.
