Online Cooking Class: Homemade Italian Gnocchi
Italian night just took a homemade turn with this online cooking class!
Join Chef Natasha in a live virtual cooking class as she shares her tips and techniques for making traditional gnocchi completely from scratch. You'll learn how to prepare the potatoes, roll the dough and form ridges to create a perfect pillow of pasta. You'll serve this with a classic tomato sauce with oregano, basil and garlic and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan.

Meet your chef
Chef Natasha completed her culinary education in New York City, where she was awarded a James Beard Foundation scholarship. From there, she went on to run a boutique catering business. At the height of her career, she competed on "The Taste" on ABC as well as "Cut Throat Kitchen" on the Food Network. A Culinary Ambassador for Barbados, Chef Natasha has made it a priority to stay true to her culture while continuing to perfect her culinary craft.
