You'll create a simple empanada dough using readily-available ingredients and fill them with flavor-packed ingredients to create a classic beef version featuring peppers and hard-boiled eggs and a creamy ricotta and spinach version jazzed up with Parmigiano Reggiano a perfect pair of authentic hand pies!

Chef Marc fell ill the day of the class, but his lovely wife Simona was not only great about communicating AND she stepped in to lead our group. She was informative, patient and encouraging!

Enjoyed the duration of the class, it was not unduly long and was not rushed. Chef Marc was very knowledgeable and a very good instructor. He made sure we were always catch up before moving on to the next step. Enjoyed his teaching style very much.
