Chef Stefano was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We used this as a mother's day gift to let the kids learn to cook with their mom and he took it slow, helped my youngest daughter really understand and was constantly paying her compliments to keep her motivated. Amazing dish which was fun for the entire family. Highly recommend Chef Stefano for your next event!
