Cold weather fun calls for chocolate and cocoa to keep the chill away! Chef Sharon has a fun collection of treats and drinks to share with you in this holiday-inspired interactive virtual cooking class. Create chocolate peppermint bark, a perennial classic and spicy hot chocolate lollipops dipped in alcohol-infused salted caramel sauce, destined to become a new favorite. Cocoa spiked with Bailey’s Irish Crème awaits at the end of this chocolatey winter wonderland.

What a great intro to candy making! She made it so easy and attainable. I was also super impressed by her performance while working under the stress of the violence occurring where she was. I worry deeply about her safety. My heartfelt best goes out to our chef.

As a skilled chef, baker and culinary school instructor, Chef Sharon wears many hats in the kitchen. She’s also a chocolatier, honing her skills at a French company in Carpenteria before founding her own chocolate and pastry company specializing in crafting homemade creations for events, hosting workshops and teaching classes —most featuring chocolate, of course! Chef Sharon hopes to share her passion with her students while teaching them how to make delectable treats from scratch.
