Online Cooking Class: A Taste of Peru

In this online cooking class, you'll prepare a four-course menu from a unique regional cuisine with Chefs Vivian and Michi.


Discover the coastal fare of Peru and learn to prepare a quartet of authentic recipes in this interactive virtual cooking class with the culinary team of Chefs Vivian and Michi. The dishes you’ll create will showcase such complex flavor profiles as snapper ceviche with lime, anticucho tofu skewers seasoned with vinegar and panca chili, quinoa vegetable chaufa with ginger and clams a la chalaca with red onions, peppers, corn and tomatoes.

Snapper Ceviche 

With lime, Peruvian chili pepper, garlic, celery, red onion, ginger and cilantro


Anticucho Tofu Skewers 

With vinegar, panca chili, vinegar, cumin, salt and pepper


Quinoa Vegetable Chaufa 

With ginger, Peruvian yellow chili peppers, garlic, onions and mushrooms


Clams a la Chalaca 

With red onions, peppers, corn, tomatoes, rocoto, lime and cilantro

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
