In this online cooking class, you'll learn a deceptively simple recipe for a savory Spanish favorite, guided by Chef James.
Paella is a versatile Spanish dish featuring rice loaded with shellfish and other seafood, sausage, chicken and fresh vegetables. In this virtual cooking class, Chef James will show you how to pull together his simple, authentic version using ingredients from your pantry! You’ll choose your favorite protein and use saffron, green beans, lemon and rice to create a satisfying paella, and you’ll learn how to create a garlic aioli from scratch.
