Join Chef Peter in this online cooking class as he teaches you how to create simple, yet decadent chocolate raspberry cupcakes.
Your virtual cooking class begins with making a fluffy and rich chocolate cupcake with cocoa powder, buttermilk or yogurt and vanilla extract. Then, you'll fill the cupcake with a tart and creamy raspberry cream cheese filling with butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Top it all off with a light, chocolate whipped cream!

Chef Peter began his culinary career at the early age of 18 at a renowned bakery in Capitola, California. His impressive resume includes owning his own bakery and developing artisan breads and pastries for larger bakeries. He has taught classes on cooking and baking at the Culinary Institute of America and the California Culinary Academy.
