Online Cooking Class: Traditional Holiday-Inspired Empanadas

Chef Daniel will share his techniques for preparing Argentine empanadas from scratch in this live online cooking class. 


You'll begin by making traditional empanada dough and the fillings to go with it. One filling is Argentine-style beef with red bell pepper, Roma tomatoes and black olives. The second is creamy spinach and bĂ©chamel with Parmesan cheese, milk and butter. Your virtual cooking class finishes off with a sweet vanilla panna cotta made with cream, vanilla and nutmeg.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!
