In this online cooking class, Chef Peter will help you prepare two classic homemade pies that will impress your friends and family at your next holiday gathering.
Your virtual cooking class starts off by teaching the secrets to a no-roll pie dough with a crisp yet tender crust. This made-from-scratch crust will be the base for a nostalgic spice-filled pumpkin pie and a rich bourbon pecan pie with brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.

No Roll Pie Dough
With wheat flour, butter, powdered sugar, salt, eggs and baking powder
Pumpkin Pie
With heavy cream, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and ginger
Bourbon Pecan Pie
With corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, butter, wheat flour, vanilla extract and salt
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Chef Peter began his culinary career at the early age of 18 at a renowned bakery in Capitola, California. His impressive resume includes owning his own bakery and developing artisan breads and pastries for larger bakeries. He has taught classes on cooking and baking at the Culinary Institute of America and the California Culinary Academy.
