Online Cooking Class: Sweet and Savory Puff Pastries

In this online cooking class, pastries aren't just a treat for your sweet tooth anymore!


Chef Shailini will share her techniques for preparing the best sweet and savory puff pastries you'll ever eat. In your virtual cooking class, you'll learn how to make a caramelized shallot and goat cheese puff pastry tart and classic apple turnovers with vanilla icing and brown sugar. Next, you'll prepare perfectly flaky phyllo shells with raspberry jam, buttery brie and crunchy walnuts.

Chef Shaillini was a great host, we learned how to prepare some of our favorite Thai plates at home! She was really open to answer all the questions , share with us her recipes with product brands to buy and her personal tips to prepare the plates, the result was a delicious dinner at her table, we loved the experience
