Online Cooking Class: Burger Night Goes Gourmet

Burger night just took a turn to the gourmet side in this online cooking class!


Chef Robert is ready to share his modern techniques for turning a basic burger into a gourmet meal in this fun virtual cooking class. You'll use lean ground beef to prepare a burger topped with cheddar, Parmesan and béarnaise sauce on a toasted brioche bun. You'll also learn how to make roasted patatas bravas, wonton chips with smoked paprika, and a sweet and salty chili crema sauce with sour cream and hot sauce.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
