Online Cooking Class: Sushi Four Ways

Chefs Vivian and Michi are ready to help you master the art of sushi in this online cooking class. 


You'll learn to slice, sear and roll traditional Japanese sushi and a unique Peruvian version. Tuna tartare with avocado, ponzu and fish eggs is first on the list. Next, you'll make tuna sashimi with wasabi and pickled ginger. You'll then learn to prepare expertly sliced nigiri sushi with tuna, salmon, shrimp and crab sticks. Finish up your virtual cooking class with the perfect tuna roll.

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
