Class with Chef Mel went way beyond expectations! She not only taught us to make a delicious dinner she provided culinary tips about everything from how to use knifes to which oils to use for which kind of cooking and how to store food and more!

Graduating from the Nutrition Therapy Institute under the Naural Food Chef Program, Chef Mel is an accomplished chef specializing in healthy and organic meals. Chef Mel knows how to make cooking fun for all ages through her experience teaching children's cooking classes and as a volunteer for cooking programs. Her former experience as a personal chef and caterer makes it easy for her to educate others on cooking skills and proper nutrition.
