Online Cooking Class: Spanish Tapas and Toppings

Get ready to sharpen your kitchen skills by using multiple knives and cutting techniques in this online cooking class. 


Chef Robert will share his expertise by teaching you to prepare a gourmet meal of Spanish tapas. You'll begin your virtual cooking class with a crisp arugula and radicchio salad with fruit and wonton skins topped with a mustard vinaigrette with red wine vinegar and olive oil. The main course is roasted patatas bravas drizzled with homemade red chili crema. You'll also make garlic chili Argentine shrimp with a spicy blend of Fresno chiles, parsley and oregano.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
