You’ve never prepared fried chicken like this! In a virtual cooking class conducted live and on location from Florence, Chef Stefano will teach you smart techniques to cleverly transform a humble favorite into a sophisticated meal. You’ll use fresh ingredients to prepare a crisp and refreshing endive salad, savory gorgonzola and sage potatoes, and tender chicken battered with pecorino and Parmesan and fried crispy and golden in truffle oil.

Chef seemed to be very rushed and pretty much skipped the salad course. Somewhat disappointed with this class.
