In this interactive virtual cooking class, you’ll learn how to line your tart pan with a tempting pistachio pastry before preparing a blackberry jam laced with cinnamon and vanilla. Then, learn a classic pastry lattice to finish your tart and make a crème fraîche and blackberry coulis to top it.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
