Creating a showstopping cake is an easy task with Chef Peter as your guide in this step-by-step virtual cooking class — no box mix required! You’ll learn to prepare a homemade sponge cake, create a coffee-infused simple syrup, and blend up a mocha buttercream frosting. Then, you’ll assemble and decorate it using an array of easy-to-learn decorating and piping techniques that will turn even the simplest sponge into a frosted masterpiece.

Chef Peter began his culinary career at the early age of 18 at a renowned bakery in Capitola, California. His impressive resume includes owning his own bakery and developing artisan breads and pastries for larger bakeries.
