In this virtual cooking class, Chef Carlos will teach you how to use fresh ingredients and non-traditional methods to prepare a three-course meal you can show off to all of your followers. You'll learn how to make a colorful fennel and pear salad with dates and the creamy buttery taste of brie. Your main course is a savory roasted pork loin with wild mushrooms. The spice-rubbed edges will pop in your posts. For dessert, you'll blend the tastes of sweet and spice to create strawberries with fluffy crème fraîche and Madras curry powder.

Chef Carlos has garnered more than 10 years of culinary experience as head chef, private chef and executive chef — roles that have taken him to Denmark, Turks and Caicos, Venezuela and Spain. He’s a personable multi-lingual chef who loves crafting incredible recipes using a wide range of culinary techniques. In addition to his skill at designing seasonal menus using high-quality ingredients, Chef Carlos is a master at creating a warm, welcoming environment for his guests.
