In this interactive virtual cooking class with Chef Chris, you’ll learn the secrets to replacing flour with gluten-free alternatives without sacrificing a bit of decadence! You’ll begin with rich chocolate espresso brownies that utilize almond meal instead of flour, then create a crumbly cornmeal cake with a veritable field of fresh strawberries pressed into the surface. Chef Chris will also guide you in making a delicious homemade mascarpone-vanilla whipped cream to top off your creations.

I loved this class! I’ve been searching for an affordable cooking class in Atlanta for a while and happened to come across this one. It was great! I really appreciated that we got to be involved in the entire process. I do wish there had been a bit more of a demo for the sauce, but I understand how that could be challenging in a restaurant setting. That said, I loved having the class in a restaurant space because it added to the experience. Chris was fantastic—very knowledgeable and helpful. At first, his teaching style felt a little formal, but as the class went on, his personality came through, and it became easier to relax and enjoy. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this class!

I had a great experience at the pasta-making class! The chefs were super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process fun and engaging. They took the time to explain each step, offered helpful tips, and made sure everyone felt comfortable, no matter their skill level. The only thing I would say is that we could have used a little more room to work, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. I learned so much, and the pasta we made was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and interactive cooking experience.
