Hand pies are a delightful dish that can be prepared in a variety of ways, depending entirely on your range of tastes. Chef Lisa’s interactive virtual cooking class will show you how to make the most of your ingredients for both sweet and savory selections. You’ll learn to prepare a flaky biscuit-style dough and fill it with mushrooms, spinach and cheese for a main course version, and a sweet blueberry filling for a dessert-style pie.

Chef Lisa is THE BEST!! My friend and I are both dairy free and gluten free (one is celiac) and we had the best experience. Chef Lisa was kind, patient, witty, and a great teacher. At the start of class, she asked what we wanted out of this and exceeded all expectations. I have zero prior cooking /baking knowledge and she made me feel really good about it/what I did :) Plus the pies were delicious. 1000000/10 on the mushroom, leek, and (df) cheese pies :) We cannot wait to go back!! Thank you!

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
